The Opportunity: You will be working alongside a strong commercial team of 3 and beneath an experienced Director who loves to utilise his excellent experience to develop his commercial teams. Once you have settled into the company there is real opportunity to be promoted to a Senior Estimator/ Surveyor in the future. You will be responsible for pricing tenders valued between £50k and £500k and to price small works projects greater than £50k. Role and responsibility: Working beneath an experienced Director, you will be responsible for pricing tenders valued between £50k and £500k and to price small works projects greater than £50k. Develop and encourage project team performance encouraging and ensuring that main contractual obligations and or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
