Eleven Eleven recruitment are seeking an experienced Painter in the Scottish Highlands of Inverness, Cromarty from Monday 17th Feb for 1 week initially on a commercial site, but this could go on longer.The main duties on site are carrying out external painting work with a team of painters from the contractor. Main Requirements on site: 1. Paint exterior render - Approx 60m2 (scaffold required)2. Prep and paint all timber soffits, windows and fascia''s - Approx 50m2 (scaffold required)3. Prep and paint all external metalwork Approx 20m2 (scaffold required)4. Paint door stands to garage 1 X 5 X 5 Post5. Point, prep 25% and paint 100% exterior boundary walls Approx 200m26. Remove all weeds from exterior grounds Use of strimmer and weedkiller7. Refresh paintwork on the timber doors of garage8. Prep and Paint all external walls post rendering remedial works- Approx 200m2 of surfacePayments: 20ph CIS payment or Umbrella Payment made after working 1 week in hand 8 hours paid per day Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday Minimum Requirements:- PPE - Brushes and Whites- Minimum 3 years experience as a painter working on site - CSCS Preferred but not essential We are seeking an experienced Painter on commercial works.
