Our Medway schools are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individuals who can step in and provide seamless cover when needed. These schools value consistency and are eager to build strong relationships with go-to professionals they can rely on for high-quality classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons confidently across a variety of subjects and key stages.
• Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
• Engaging and motivating students to complete assigned tasks to a high standard.
• Providing individual support to students when needed.
• Following school policies, including safeguarding procedures.
• Reporting class progress, behaviour, and engagement feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting or teaching in secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor, TA, or Teacher.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt confidently to different settings.
• Flexibility to work in multiple schools and handle varied timetables.
• A clear, enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A positive, professional approach with a commitment to maintaining high educational standards.
