Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors with a variety of clinical negligence cases, from initial instruction through to resolution. Conduct legal research, gather medical records, and review case materials to support solicitors in building strong cases. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements under the supervision of solicitors. Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other third parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with the preparation of cases for hearings, including compiling bundles and preparing briefs for counsel. Manage administrative tasks related to case management, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements: Law graduate with at least 1 year of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in clinical negligence. Strong understanding of clinical negligence law and procedures.
