Lead and Manage a Team of multiskilled engineers to maximise their performance and to keep focus on departments KPIs. Monitor Electrical and Mechanical systems and allocate and carry out work orders to repair and maintain plant and equipment. Identify and communicate improvements to machines and processes to increase overallequipment effectiveness, in line with Company Quality and Safety standards. Organise and allocate PPM work schedules to the engineering teams. Identify and procure critical plant spares. Manage and supervise contractors and subcontract labour.
