Senior Systems AnalystOur client is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that works with Salesforce and related technologies, and who will have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.The successful candidate will provide leadership on complex systems analysis projects as well as influence business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities. Additionally, you will be skilled in negotiating business priorities through partnership with product owners and translating needs back to the team for timely delivery.This position is an initial 12-month daily rate contract role.Requirements:1. 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst2. Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements solicitation, User Story generation3. Innovative problem solver and team player4. Able to work under minimum supervision with stakeholders at all levels5. Strong communication skills (oral and written)6. Ability to navigate through uncertainty7. Partner with squad lead and delivery team to meet customer needs8. Capturing and documenting requirements and solutions9. Resolve issues and/or identify approaches to solutions10. Promote Agile development practices11.
