Your new role The APS6 Scrum Master is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
Accountabilities Supporting the project manager to manage project scope, timelines and general project coordination.Working in line with the Agency's Agile project approach.Coordinating sprints and retrospective meetings which review the previous project and daily scrum stand-ups.Coaching team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.Working with product owners to develop and handle product backlogs and new requests.Guiding development service design teams to higher scrum maturity.Helping to build a productive environment where team members have accountability for the product.Managing the governance of the project against Agency frameworks and escalating concerns, as necessary.What you'll need to succeed Experience working in CRM or Salesforce projects.What you need to do now If this sounds like you, please click 'Apply Now', or send your updated CV to ****** Seniority levelMid-Senior level
