Your key duties include safeguarding, creating support plans, managing challenging behaviour, maintaining professional boundaries, and promoting engagement. You ll also ensure health and safety protocols are followed and collaborate with external agencies. You ll have experience working with vulnerable young people, understand trauma-informed care and safeguarding, and can manage behaviour challenges. Strong communication skills, a commitment to diversity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Shifts: Day, evening, night (sleeping in), and weekend shifts on a rota basis.
