Pertemps Dudley are currently seeking a skilled Fabric Trimmer to join our client who is a successful manufacturer based in Kingswinford.
 
Job Responsibilities:

- Trim and cut fabric, leather, and other materials to precise specifications using hand tools and cutting machines.
- Ensure clean, accurate cuts according to patterns and templates.
- Inspect materials for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with the upholstery and assembly teams to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

 
Requirements:

- Experience in fabric cutting, trimming, or upholstery.
- Ability to read patterns and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and industrial cutting machines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 6.45am-4.45pm
Overtime opportunities on Fridays
 
Rate of pay:
Starting rate of £11.44 per hour
