Marc Daniels is recruiting an accounts assistant to join a global company located in Central London.If you have similar experience and you are immediately available, this role would be perfect for you.This is a temporary hybrid role (2-3 days in the office). Responsibilities:Post invoices to the Accounts Payable module Work collaboratively with purchasing and finance. Work collaboratively with the sales team.Assist in the inter-company settlement processRaising credit notes (when and if required) Assist in preparation of monthly account reconciliations. Assist with monthly closingDistributing weekly AR and AP reports to account leadsOther ad-hoc responsibilitiesRequirements:Previous experience in a similar roleMust be able to commute to Central London Must be immediately available. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
