Project Engineer - Caerphilly/hybrid - up to £53,000 - 3 years Fixed Term ContractVIQU have partnered with an organisation based within the public sector who are hiring for a Project Engineer to be able to understand and analyse the business''s technical requirements and aim to implement digital solutions for the wider business.The Project Engineer will initially start remote and move to hybrid working towards the implementation phase halfway through the project. The right person will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and ideally come from a broad tech background across networking/infrastructure/cyber security and applications. Requirements of the Project Engineer:- Experience working as a Lead/Senior Engineer, Project Engineer or similar position.- Varied technical background with a strong understanding of networking and infrastructure.- Strong technical background in Networking with knowledge of Cisco, HP or Aruba- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders.- Previous experience managing large scale projects, budgets and timeframes all focused on infrastructure.- Understanding of proof of concepts/prototyping practices.Key Responsibilities of the Project Engineer:- Create and design new infrastructures and networks.- Implement technical solutions surrounding infrastructure.- Critique and improve upon suggested infrastructure designs.- Work with a range of stakeholders to conclude on plans.Project Engineer - Caerphilly/Hybrid - up to £53,000 - 3 years Fixed Term ..... full job details .....
