4D BIM Coordinator Location - Plymouth, DevonportDuration - Long term contract We are seeking a 4D BIM Coordinator to join our team on a Major at Project in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue further self-learning and research on Digital Construction Technologies. Experienced in 3D, 4D modelling, working with planners and designers to bring the project to life. Capable of visualizing complex problems and articulating them on screen and off. Checking and validating models to and from the client/ designers. Requirements Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have good understanding of civil/structural design and principles. Strong interest in 3D-4D design, modelling and creating immersive models. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D pro. Posses a high level of visualisation techniques (Framing, Colour, Contrast, Symmetry etc). Knowledge and use of model coding for planning purposes within the 3D and 4D model. Prior experience of, 3Ds Max and video editing software beneficial but not essential. Educational Background: Higher Education in Construction or related fields. Working knowledge of ISO 19650. Operate 3-5 days a week on site in our offices in Plymouth, as required by site with the remainder by agreement working from home.
