You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the homes, manage a dedicated team of support staff and foster positive relationships with children, families and professionals. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences and outcomes for the children in our care.Requirements: Relevant social care qualification ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.Within the last five years, you have worked for at least two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.You have worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.OFSTED registration.Proven experience managing EBD homes or similar settings.Previously been a manager or a deputy looking to step up.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children s care.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively. ..... full job details .....
