Our client is seeking an ER Team Leader to oversee casework, provide expert guidance to managers, and drive employee relations excellence across the business. Main areas of responsibility: Leading and managing a team of HR Advisors and Assistants, ensuring a compliant, customer-focused casework service Providing expert ER advice and coaching managers on complex casework, including absence management, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances Supporting organisational change, including restructures and redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with employment law Partnering with business leaders to enhance ER capability and promote best people management practices Ensuring HR policies are up to date, consistently applied, and effectively communicated Supporting key HR initiatives and performance reporting to enhance strategic objectives Required Skills and Desired Experience: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience Proven experience in ER case management within a fast-paced, customer-centric organisation Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Strong leadership capabilities, able to motivate and support a ..... full job details .....
