Project Manager - Social Housing Planned Works Leicester based (with travel) 60K - 65K plus packageWe are working with a leading Social Housing / regeneration contract to recruit a team of proactive Project Managers to deliver a Social Housing planned refurbishment schemes to a mid-rise building (3 storeys) including externals, internals, and FRA works to a tenanted housing association property in Leicester. Social Housing planned works experience required This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or a Senior Site Manager looking for a step up. You will be instrumental managing multiple contracts and leading a team of 2 Site Manager''s, an RLO and multi-disciplined trades men.
