Finance Manager - Maidenhead (hybrid) - £60,000 to £70,000 We are pleased to be working in conjunction with privately owned, £500m turnover business as they look to hire a Finance Manager, this is a newly created role where you will be tasked with managing central overheads and budgetary reporting (circa £20m), sales team costs (circa £13m) and operational central teams (circa £5m). A bit more about the role Own the production of Management Accounts, budgets and forecasts including commentary and variance bridgesDeveloping a strong controls environment with efficient financial processes and automation toolsStreamline reporting and optimise systems to more focus on business partneringManage controls -e signoff of balance sheet reconciliationsProvide financial information to relevant stakeholders including local Board, internal customers-departmental ownersManage and support your Assistant Accountant as they complete general accruals, postings, journals and general reconciliationsQuery resolution (process and specific transactions)Maintenance of group fixed assets and capex expenditureProvide KPI''s to the operating board and budget holdersAssist in preparation of business cases, investment appraisal and management of investment programmesCapex forecastCapex reportingPresent budget and forecastPrepare the central overheads pack for reportingMonthly reconciliations produced and reviewed of central prepayments and accrualsMaintain fixed asset register and manage all reporting, ..... full job details .....
