Cleaner and Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener Essex - £26-28k We re working with a large national property management company. As part of their commitment to keeping the estates they manage in excellent order, they are now looking to hire an enthusiastic Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener as follows: Working across several sites in the local area (driving license essential) with responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the communal parts (Grounds/Gardens/internal corridors/stairwells) Your gardening responsibilities will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed spraying, pruning and general tidying. Your communal cleaning duties would include hoovering, dusting, polishing, washing down surfaces and sweeping. You will have basic grounds maintenance skills with the ability to use basic tools (Lawnmower, hedge trimmer, strimmer etc.) Our client seeks someone who takes pride in their consistently high standard of work.
