Working closely with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will monitor the performance of the apprenticeship delivery team to ensure KPIs are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across apprenticeship programmes.
• Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
• Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
• Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.
• Take an active role in the regular learner review process.
