You will be joining a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth. As the HSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and ongoing compliance of Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across multiple sites in Birmingham, Bradford, and Wigan. What do I need? Proven experience managing HSE systems within the construction or civil infrastructure sector. NEBOSH General Certificate (Construction) qualification. Excellent understanding of HandS legislation and best practices, with a drive for continuous improvement. Strong communication and influencing skills, with a diplomatic yet assertive approach. A practical, solutions-focused attitude with a no-compromise stance on safety. Willingness to travel between sites as required. Responsibilities: Primarily based in Birmingham, with regular travel to sites in Bradford and Wigan, promoting a strong safety-first approach across all locations.
