Reporting to and assisting the Residential Accounts Manager of a growing Real Estate company based in Chelmsford, you will be part of a team of 7. This role offers excellent opportunities and career progression in the coming years; this represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with the right skills and experience.The Group has a turnover of circa £15m across 6 trading companies and is continuing to grow and develop further, employing over 210 staff.Your new role Key Responsibilities Objectives and Accountabilities:Contribute to and actively take part in the day-to-day posting of the group''s accounting systemsMaintain appropriate, accurate reporting systems and controls, enabling end users up to board level to analyse options and make informed decisionsLiaise with other group staff so as to ensure efficient and effective working within teams across the whole businessParticipate in special projects as needed within the departmentDaily and Monthly Responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly sales reportsReconcile supplier statementsProcessing supplier invoicesProcessing BACS and Chaps paymentsData entry of daily transactionsOversee accounts receivable including chasing unpaid fees and updating debtor balancesDealing with financial paperwork and filingBank reconciliationsCapturing and logging daily invoices to send out ..... full job details .....
