Our client, a prominent player in the rail sector, is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a short-term contract. This role is crucial for ensuring administrative and document control support for rail projects. The position is a day shift job, Monday to Friday, and falls inside IR35.Key Responsibilities:Provide full document control support for specific projects, including tracking documentation through ProjectwiseAssist with project start and close out, ensuring project folders are set up correctly online and assisting in the submission of project close out documentsRaise Purchase Orders for the offices and project teams using SAP, OneSRM, and MyMallMaintain various day-to-day operational processes for the section, including holiday and whereabouts listsAssist with the preparation of client reportsAssist Project and Office Managers with setting up and decommissioning project site officesOrganise meetings, room bookings, and refreshments for the project team, ensuring visitors and clients are looked afterPerform general housekeeping, safety, and maintenance responsibilitiesHandle miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary, including mail distributionProvide cover on other projects as requested (e.g., holiday cover)Assist receptionists and other administrators as necessaryJob Requirements:Experience in administration and document controlGood working knowledge of ProjectwiseProficiency in using SAP, OneSRM, and MyMall for raising Purchase OrdersStrong ..... full job details .....
