Finance Administrator - Barbican, London Hybrid We''re working with a great software development company in London. They are looking for a Finance Administrator with a strong interest in operations to manage financial reporting, invoicing, payroll, and working with external accountants. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and Administration:- Ensure timely, accurate payments and resolve discrepancies- Lead weekly payment meetings with the CFO- Perform account reconciliations using NetSuite and Payhawk- Maintain the general ledger and support audits Process Improvement:- Oversee invoicing, client payments, and cash flow optimisation- Review and streamline financial processes Financial Operations:- Prepare payroll details for external accountants- Manage payment runs and regulatory filings (e.g., VAT returns)- Mitigate client financial risks What We''re Looking For- 2+ years'' experience in an accounts team- Actively studying or aiming to pursue AAT ACCA, or CIMA qualifications- Proficient in NetSuite and Google Sheets- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting- Highly organised with excellent attention to detailPlease apply now for ..... full job details .....
