Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and in line with our customers and clients'' regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: - To provide operational leadership for the Chirton team ensuring all activities align with long term objectives and contribute to sustainable growth. - To oversee the project planning including estimating, focusing on optimising efficiency and productivity. - To work closely with the department managers to ensure that we are managing and optimising opportunities and efficiencies. - To lead and build a team of motivated, professional, and capable colleagues working together, continuing to be the recognised leaders in the relevant market sectors. - To set comprehensive goals for productivity by evaluating performance. - Full PandL leadership and business planning responsibility. - Be the champion of quality throughout the business.
