As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious NPD Site Lead to join their business.Reporting into the Head of Innovation and Development, this brand new role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Development: Lead customer own label development through the Stage and Gate process, ensuring flawless transitions from concept to launch. Accurately planning, resourcing and managing the site NPD function. Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with customer developers, influencing and aligning with their strategic plans. Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, NPD events, and supplier reviews to stay informed on industry trends. Working closely with the Development Chefs and the Commercial Team, to ensure that all information is co-owned, co-approved and appropriate to the brief. Leading site Research and Development projects, as appropriate.
