You''ll need to have the ability to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. Food / FMCG is preferred but not essential as on-going, extensive training will be given. Hours / Shifts: Early and Late rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 7am-3pm / 3pm-11am Overtime is available Fantastic benefits! Production Shift Leader - Summary of core responsibilities: Be proactive towards health and safety and ensure staff/yourself work within the safe systems of work. Lead and ensure HandS compliance, delivering on all HandS KPI s (Near miss reporting, SML and BRC audit scores etc.) Ensure all quality and pre-start checks have been completed before production starts. Complete work orders, input OEE data and develop shift report for the shift handover Ensure hygiene/GMP standards throughout the production areas Ensure food safety and food quality standards are being met and complied with throughout the shift.
