Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic client based in West Bromwich.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Assist with customer inquiries, quotes and orders
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries
- Coordinate with the warehouse team
- Manage supplier relationships, process purchase orders and maintain inventory levels
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and support other departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- It is essential that you have experience within the nuts-and-bolts industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Hours:
Monday – Thursday from 08:30 – 17:30
Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Pay Rate:
£11.44 - £13 per hours depending on experience
