Role: Project PlannerLocation: Bristol (3 days/week on site)Working 4 days per week (30 hours)IR35: InsideRate: £660/day MAX (Umbrella)Duration: 4 months (90 working days initially)Security Clearance: SCMinimum Requirement: Evidence of Cat A project schedule delivery in MOD / DEandSEvidence of role played in delivering project plan, project scheduleEvidence working in MOD project delivery or in industry facing MOD recently The principal duties will include: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, tasks, and timelines.Create detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.Identify critical path activities and dependencies to optimise project timelines.Assess resource requirements and allocating personnel, equipment, and materials for project tasks.Ensure optimal resource utilisation and avoiding overallocation.Continue monitoring project progress and performance against the established schedule.Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions.Generate regular progress reports and present them to project managers and stakeholders.Provide updates on project status, milestones, and variances from the original plan.Assist in identifying potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project timelines.Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.Manage changes to the project schedule ..... full job details .....
