The Successful Candidate needs to have previous leadership and management experience but also needs to be prepared to get stuck in on the tools as the role is around a 50/50 split between the two. This Engineering management role will suit somebody with a multi skilled background in Electrical and mechanical engineering, and also hold a good level of engineering qualification.
