Your new roleAs the Operations Manager, you''ll be reporting to the General Manager with a team of 6 production supervisors reporting to you, in addition to the 6 supervisors, you will have a team of 8 maintenance engineers reporting to you. You will be expected to support the team by driving performance, coaching and developing them so they can meet their career ambitions. Currently, the business operates in a very reactive way towards maintenance; you will be expected to support the business in transitioning towards a more PPM led schedule. What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in your application for the Operations Manager vacancy, you must have a proven track record of managing diverse teams within a manufacturing environment.
