This is a key leadership role on-site, requiring hands-on management of teams, subcontractors, and project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site mechanical and pipework activitiesCoordinate teams, subcontractors, and project schedulesEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standardsManage materials, deliveries, and site logisticsWork closely with project engineers and management.Requirements:Proven experience managing large mechanical/pipework projectsValid CSCS/CCNSG Card and relevant qualificationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skillsAbility to drive productivity while maintaining quality and safetyHours of Work:Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)45 hours per week, increasing to 60 hours as the project progressesOvertime available: Saturday: x1.3Sunday: x1.5Payment Details: 45 per hour (or 34.33 PAYE)Payment options: CIS, Ltd, or UmbrellaLtd Contractors must have full insurance in placeThis is a critical role on a high-profile project - apply now to secure your place!
