They offer hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office and the base of operations is Cardiff.Your New RoleYou will support the Head of Business Services in delivering efficient services in health and safety, facilities management, and business continuity. You''ll lead Health and Safety initiatives, manage facilities projects, support staff wellbeing, and coordinate business continuity plans.What You''ll Need to SucceedYou must be NEBOSH qualified with a minimum National Certificate or have a NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing certificate or similar. You will need to demonstrate experience of doing several different types of risk assessments in varied environments and managing people-related health and safety matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly are essential.
