As a multi skilled plasterer you will be responsible for all plastering tasks as well as minor repairs in other trades. This role will be located in Ealing and surrounding areas, but may cover areas of Brent and other North West London postcodes. Responsibilities:The primary focus of this role will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident''s propertiesAchieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanshipManage the resident''s expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on serviceMaintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalismRequirements:Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.Core strength trade background in Plastering, with skills in other tradesA full UK driving licence as travel between properties is requiredMust have a City and Guilds or NVQ in Plastering Benefits:The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
