One of our amazing SEND schools is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can confidently work with young people aged 5 25 years old with profound and moderate learning difficulties (PMLD).Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized support to students with PMLD.Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Facilitate effective communication using a variety of methods, such as Makaton, PECS, and assistive technology.Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic education and care.Monitor and record students'' progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
