About Unique Club at George Shearing We are a Wandsworth based youth project specialising in providing disability services for 13 - 25-year-olds with learning disabilities and complex needs. We want to create a safe, fun space for young people to develop their social skills, their friendships, and their life skills. In order to do this well we need the right people to join our committed and experienced team of youth practitioners who support and enable our young people and who put them at the heart of our practice. We want enthusiastic staff who are able to support and enable the young people to fulfil their full potential moving forward into adulthood. About the role You will be working with young people aged 13-25 with SEND at the Unique Youth After School Club and holiday scheme, based at the George Shearing Centre.You will be part of a team providing a safe, fun, active and young person-centred, group - working in a youth work team that supports our short breaks offer.
