Madisons are recruiting for a Gardener to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based local to NewdigateCandidates must have a Full UK Drivers License to be considered for this role Responsibilities: Accompany skilled arborists performing tree maintenanceRemove branches from the designated drop zone too the van.Conduct ground maintenance activities including raking, mulching, and weed control.Assist in the planting and transplanting of trees and shrubsGeneral garden maintenance Qualifications: Previous horticultural experience Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance preferred.Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
