Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) has an exciting opportunity available for the 2024/25 season! CUCF provides high quality participation, health and inclusion, and education programmes to 9,000 children, young people, and adults from across the region each week. The Boys Development Centre programme (U6-U16) supports the Colchester United Academy, one of only two League 2 Clubs with Category 2 status in England, in providing talent pathway opportunities for players within the local community. CUCF is seeking talented, passionate, and committed Boys Development Centre Youth Foundation Phase Lead Coaches on a sessional basis to join our Community Coaching Team. BDC Sessional sessions are delivered weekly on the following: Wednesday (4.30-6.15pm) Colchester Friday (6.00-7.30pm) Heybridge Please note opportunities maybe available to work within the Foundation Phase (U6-U11) if successful candidate has relevant experience and qualifications. Age group lead coaches are key appointments to the success and impact of the Boys Development Centre programme and the players, and you will require tenacity and the creativity to overcome obstacles and challenges, while having a large part to play in the success and positive impact on, colleagues, players, participants, their families, the club, and our community.
