About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled MFL teacher to deliver high-quality lessons in French and at least one other language (Spanish is preferred). You will be responsible for inspiring students to develop a love for languages while achieving excellent academic outcomes. This is a full-time position, and you will be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 if experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in French and a second language.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives to promote the value of language learning.
• Support students in achieving their full potential through effective teaching and assessment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching French and Spanish (or another language) at secondary school level.
• A passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
