Engineering Manager Essex Up to 80k plus package The Engineering Manager will have a responsibility to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of industrial milling and packaging machines. The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in the servicing, maintenance, and repair a range of equipment used across the business. Key duties and responsibilities Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety policies. Follow BRC and external standards; comply with CCPs in the site HACCP plan. Actively contribute as a senior leadership team member, guiding the business towards future success. Oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols for your team, contractors, and controlled work areas. Prioritize day-to-day machinery and equipment maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
