We are looking for a Childrens Residential Deputy Manager who has a passion for working with care experienced children who have been a part of trauma and are vulnerable to sexual exploitation. Our beautiful new short breaks home in Mountsorrel will support children and young people between 8-18 years who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour. The service will provide up to 3 service users at any one-time opportunities to enjoy different experiences, establish friendships and develop confidence, independence and social/emotional skills. To apply for the Childrens Residential Deputy Manager role; Must hold a Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare. Must hold OR be willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People''s services.
