Job PurposeAs a Water Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of water hygiene services, including monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance of water systems. Your role is crucial in preventing waterborne diseases and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and Testing: Conduct routine monitoring and testing of water systems for temperature and microbial content. Cleaning and Disinfection: Perform cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks, hot and cold water systems.TMV servicing.Remedial Works: Carry out remedial works as required to ensure water systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports on all work carried out.Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with current health and safety regulations and company standards.Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing advice and recommendations on maintaining water hygiene.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.Person Profile:Experience: At least 2 years previous experience in water hygiene or a related field (5 years preferably).Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and implement water hygiene protocols.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients ..... full job details .....
