Reporting directly to the Site General Manager you will quickly become an integral part of the leadership team onsite, building relationships and working closely with; QA Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager in addtion to being involved with, group wide, strategic projects. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Manager to oversee and enhance our workplace safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and implementing effective solutions both within the BAU operation and future projects. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Lead incident investigations, performing root cause analysis to determine underlying issues and prevent future occurrences. Provide training and support to employees on safety practices.
