This role would suit a senior carer looking to step up to their first Assistant Manager role or an existing Assistant Manager. This is a small home registered for 6 adults with Learning Disabilities. The role of Assistant Manager is to support and assist the Home Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, assessing staff performance and the quality of the care delivered.
