We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Civil Engineering business which specialises in delivering Section 278 and Infrastructure works. The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in reviewing the tendering opportunities, by accurately estimating the costs associated with the Civil Engineering projects.Your new role - Conduct detailed and accurate take-offs and cost estimates for Civil Engineering projects, including but not limited to roads, highway drainage, street lighting and traffic signals.- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand project requirements and constraints.- Working to deadlines to ensure we meet our client''s needs.- Utilise industry-standard estimating software and tools to prepare accurate cost estimates, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, ..... full job details .....
