Accounts AssistantWe are recruiting for a brilliant company based in Colchester who are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. Duties will include:Accessing online banking, notifying of funds received and initiating bank transfers to client and supplier bank accountsAssisting colleagues and accounting queriesFollowing and being familiar with SRA accounting rules Reconciling of client and office bank accountsManaging supplier invoicing Speaking with clients to take payments Allocating interest and movement of money within deposit accountsHandling petty cash Processing and assisting with delivering client billsThis is a part-time position, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with hours of 9am-5:15pm and is a fully office based position.Salary is 24-26.5k pro rata to hours worked.Huntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
