Our client is looking to recruit an experienced sales engineer to join their friendly UK team, based out of their UK headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible in assisting the Sales and Technical Manager in developing both new and existing customer accounts across the business. The role is a permanent, full-time position with immediate start available. Responsibilities Preparing and delivering sales and technical presentations and demonstrations of their products and services. Aiding and advice to their sales team. Generating sales leads, negotiating prices, and completing sales. Assisting customers with installation queries and product issues. Achieving individual sales quotas and team sales goals. Training non-technical sales team members. Requirements NVQ level qualification in engineering is desired, but not essential. Previous work experience will be considered. Proven experience in technical sales and customer account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on increasing sales revenue. Outstanding problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills with experience in building effective customer relationships and resolving customer issues promptly and satisfactorily. Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings. An ability to relay technical information to non-technical clients. Good team working and leadership skills.
