You will be taking on an all-round role mainly based in the dispensing team. The current dispensing team is approx. 10 strong and need to grow the team as are getting busier, you will be able to fit in the current close-knit, friendly team and work with your colleagues to drive sales. This practice is situated on a busy high street and has a large and loyal customer base. They have a very friendly and welcoming team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of customer care. Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant The role will primarily entail dispensing spectacles to all levels as well as conducting pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches.
