Train and mentor users, helping them master desktop software and tools. Required Skills: Experience with Windows and Mac OS. Hands-on knowledge of Datto, Intune, and Office 365. Strong understanding of Microsoft tools and network protocols. A solid grasp of security systems and desktop support tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently. Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with ISO27001 standards.
