Key Responsibilities:Vehicle Maintenance and Repair:Perform routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance on HGVs.Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.Conduct advanced troubleshooting using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.MOT Preparation:Prepare vehicles for MOT tests, ensuring full compliance with safety and legal standards.Carry out pre-MOT checks and resolve any identified issues.Breakdown and Emergency Support:Respond to emergency breakdowns during night operations, ensuring timely resolution.Complete on-the-spot repairs when possible to minimize vehicle downtime.Documentation and Compliance:Accurately complete job cards, maintenance logs, and service records.Adhere to all company and regulatory safety standards.Team Collaboration:Coordinate with other technicians to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.Communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager to report progress and issues.Qualifications and Skills Required:Level 3 qualification in ..... full job details .....
