Our Client is looking for a highly organised, Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their intimate finance team. This is a full-time onsite role and you will have the chance to work within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and record invoices, credit notes, and employee expenses Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers Support month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations Maintain accurate, up-to-date purchase ledger records Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to financial procedures and compliance Candidate Profile: Proficient in data entry with experience in Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks Strong analytical skills for financial data and account reconciliation Knowledge of Sage is essential; familiarity with Xero is a plus At least 3 years of experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role (candidates with solid purchase ledger knowledge and less than 3 years'' experience may be considered) Understanding of financial processes related to purchasing transactions Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Salary and BenefitsPay: Up to 28,000 per yearMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.Morgan McKinley encourages applications ..... full job details .....
