Customer Services Executive Job, £25.5k+, Nr. Derby Your new company A family-run, luxury retail business based near Derby, offering a bespoke service to their customers. Your new role As an online Customer Services/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers to convert enquiries to sales, manage sales via email, live chat and telephone, respond to customer enquiries using your knowledge of the products (training will be provided), process payments, confirm orders, provide after sales care, and coordinate sales in line with other internal departments. It will be crucial to provide excellent customer service throughout all aspects of the role.
